Irene Valenti and Rancho Santa Fe Rotary Deliver Love and Hope to Rosarito Families
Irene Valenti, President and Founder of Valenti International and Rotary Paul Harris Fellow, delivered blankets and food to underprivileged families in the town of Rosarito, Mexico during an outreach effort in early January 2012 to assist those in need through the Valenti Foundation she established in 2005. Due to unmet needs from last years’ distribution of food and blankets, Irene Valenti raised over $12,000 this year on her own merit for the project. Estimated total exceeds $25,000 year to date. As a result of Irene Valenti’s efforts to raise additional funds, the organization will return to Rosarito in February to distribute additional items to another 1,000 worthy recipients.
