Matchmaker/Philanthropist Presents Extraordinary Valentine to Betrayed Charity  In an unprecedented gesture of love and kindness coinciding with  Valentine’s Day on February 14, 2012, the relationship matching services  company, Valenti International, announced a pledge today by its  Founder, Irene Valenti, to personally donate $5000 along with a  commitment to raise an additional $25,000-$30,000 to recoup the losses  suffered by the non-profit organization Empty Cradle, which recently fell  victim to embezzlement. The Valenti International Foundation’s spectacular inaugural black tie gala to benefit abused, homeless, and foster children in San Diego County on April 12, 2008 was a sold-out event at $1000 per person. Celebrating 45 years of Valentino’s work highlighted on Swarovski crystal mannequins, the décor also included millions of dollars worth of jewelry. Valenti International Hosts 11th Annual Fundraising Gala to Benefit Rady Children’s Hospital Pediatric Trauma Care Center The Rancho Santa Fe Unit of Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary hosted their 11th annual fundraising gala, “Grecian Grandeur” on Saturday, May 19, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Irene Valenti’s Rancho Santa Fe estate.  The private residence and grounds were transformed to transport patrons back in time to a Grecian atmosphere with Greek statues and columns and wait staff dressed in togas.
